We belive in the freshest ingredients and at this point do NOT offer shipping. We do however deliver to the Triad in North Caroline. We also offer pickup at our location on 515 South Elm Street, Greensboro and during Pop Ups which are updated weekly!

We partner a few times yearly with local venues to bring workshops to you! We also offer private classes, virtual and in person! Reach out to schedule your event with us!

We take your health very seriously! On all of our order forms we require that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions; we also can sub items or use items of preference but this may incur an addtional fee and is based on availability.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled up to 7 day in advance; 50% refund if cancelled within 6-2 days. Non refundable cancelled within 48 hours

Yes! We use eco-friendly disposable boards that you can either reuse or recycle. Wood boards are available for a fee and you can contact us for more information.

We are located at Sonder Mind & Body (515 S. Elm Street, Greensboro) which is our standard pick up location. However, we are not a store front for walk ins and orders are on a pre-order basis only. We would love to meet you at one of our pop-ups or workshops so check our events page for more information. Our business is insured, certified and licensed by the NCDHHS and NCDA.
